Roof Trampoline
Models
On the trampoline models, we covered the oval roof in order to reduce the burning effect of the sun and ensure that it works in the heat of the day.
You can also use roof for standard trampoline models
WEAVING: Weaving is made at the top of the bottom to prevent the opening of the jumping ropes.
During the bouncing, weaving is carried out on the knitting machines without knots for each rope to work independently of each other. It is knitted with a 6-8 mm pitch to ensure air circulation.
COLOR: Sunlight resistant paint is used. The dyeing of the ropes is carried out at high temperature.
BRANDA: Made of 1100 denier pvc coated material.
SPONGE: 22-28 Made of hard gray sponge. Sponge of 10 cm height and 50-100 cm width is used.
SIDE AND TOP PANS: Side and top frame section consists of 40x40 2 mm profile. The product is fully modular insertion system. Joint parts are used in the main body.
STEEL CONSTRUCTION: Main body 50x100 consists of 2,5 mm profile. The main body of the trampoline is transformed into a complete material after the connections are made in a modular way.
PIPING FLEET: Made of 42-48 twisted light fiber yarn. Light fiber yarns are used to increase durability and bouncing performance.

KNITTING: It is produced by using knotless knitting system. 3-4 cm eye is produced intermittently. Knotless knitting system prevents burns caused by friction of users
